It shall be the duty of this board to:

1. Organize, plan, promote and execute the evangelism program of the congregation in the community.
2. Solicit lay participation in the congregation's evangelism program.
3. Help integrate the new member into the life of the church.
4. Be responsible for the publicity of the congregation.
5. Show concern for the delinquent member of the congregation.
6. Strive to stimulate interest among members in the church's worldwide mission.
