It shall be the duty of the financial secretary yo count and deposit all funds contributed for the congregation and keep accurate records of them; see to it that all communicants are annually supplied with envelopes; furnish the treasurer with bank deposit slips and breakdown of funds counted; issue quarterly statements of contributions to the congregation; and prepare a report for each meeting of the council and Voters' Assembly.
